The Whole Idea Of Carpet world

The underrated art of weaving a carpet needs more worldwide attention. Despite some minor described knowldge in middle east countires’ languages such as Persian, Turkish, Indian, Pashto and Ordo i.e the languages of Afghanistan and Pakistan; it seems to me that the whole world is not aware of what actually a carpet is! How it is made! What are the tools! is it handmade or it’s being made by machines in the factories! ( worth saying here that Germany is investing in the latter type which from now we are going to call it machine made carpet). Therefore as a lover, I’ve decided to spread more awareness.

To start, yes , as you probably got it from the last paragraph there are two main types of carpets; handmade (more vavluble) and machine made.

It’s very intresting to note here that some people believe that the handmade carpet is so much worthy that we shouldn’t step on it. These people usually frame the carpet ,often wooden, and hang their piece of art on the wall.
